How quickly will you respond?
We reply to every enquiry within one business day. Complex specifications may need longer to price, and we will tell you when to expect the full quotation.
Can you supply class-approved material?
Yes, where required. Material can be sourced from mills holding the relevant classification society approval, such as ABS, LR, BV, DNV, ClassNK or RINA, for the grade and product specified. Availability is confirmed at quotation.
Which mill certificates do you provide?
Mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are typical. EN 10204 3.2 certificates with a third-party or class surveyor can be arranged when your specification requires it.
Can material be cut to size before delivery?
Yes. Send your cutting list or drawings with the enquiry and we will include cutting in the quotation.
Do you offer blasting and priming?
Yes. Shot blasting and shop primer can be applied before dispatch. Please state any primer or surface preparation requirement in your enquiry.
Can a third-party inspector witness the material?
Yes. Independent or classification society inspection can be arranged on request. Let us know the inspection scope when you enquire.
